You can pay rent online on our website, in our resident portal, or stop in the Alta Merita office with a check.
Do you offer short-term leases?
Alta Merita does not offer short term leases at this time.
What do I need for move-in?
On move in day you will need RCMU account number, renters insurance, move in money, signed lease agreement
Is parking assigned? How many spaces per apartment?
Alta Merita does have assigned parking and it’s based on the amount purchased.
How do I submit a maintenance request?
You can submit requests in the resident portal or in the office.
Are there nearby schools or employers?

Do you have breed restrictions?
Alta Merita does have breed restrictions, call for more details.
Do I need an appointment to tour?
No, while we encourage appointments so we can prepare for your arrival, walk-ins are always welcome!

What lease terms do you offer?
Alta Merita offers 12-17 month leases.
What options do I have for cable and Internet?
You can get spectrum in your apartment home!
